the staff were very helpful. they had good knowledge of the surrounding area. breakfast had a decent selection. the continental options were well-stocked and tasty.
the toilet was very small. i hit my head on the door while using it. the room didn't have a headboard. i kept hitting my head on the light above the bed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The location was convenient for transport links. The room was clean, much appreciated after a long day.
The air conditioning made a noticeable noise. It was hard to sleep well because of this. The room was very basic and lacked tea or coffee facilities.

amazing location helpful staff bonus parking
The location was amazing for the co-op live events and the tram stop! The staff was helpful. They helped with check-in and gave great tourist information. I even got a blue badge parking space right next to the hotel. It was such a huge bonus!
The lift was slow. and the wait times were long.

Excellent Stay Near Etihad Campus

The reception super nice team. They assisted with tourist information. They also called a taxi. A blue badge parking space next to the hotel was a great bonus for us. It was really useful. The tram stop close to the hotel took us to Piccadilly very quickly. I loved that.
The hotel lacked an on-site restaurant, this meant limited options were available.

The room was super clean with a nice view. A shower provided was simple to use. Liquid hand soap, shower gel and towels were available to us.

The location is convenient. It is close to the station and the city center. A tram stop goes to and from the Co-Op Live. This made transportation easy for all of us.

The hotel sits close to a tram station. This made travel simple. The staff were friendly and cute, always available to assist. The hotel provided a clean and sufficient room, so I had peace of mind. The beds were comfy.
I did notice a slight lack of variety at breakfast.
